Verification-first automation
Bloomod automatically filters out unverified attendees. They remain saved in the event, but only verified attendees can receive an automated calendar invite.
Create an Event, collect attendees, verify registrations, send calendar invitations and reminders, and follow RSVP responses from one focused workflow.
Review and approve the Event before automated sending begins.

Every Event uses the same workflow. Higher-volume sending is reviewed separately for approved organisations.
Bloomod automatically filters out unverified attendees. They remain saved in the event, but only verified attendees can receive an automated calendar invite.
Malformed addresses and duplicate attendee records are caught before an invitation enters the queue.
Suppressed addresses stay excluded from future Event invitation sends.
Larger attendee lists are batched into managed queues you can inspect during delivery.
Sends are paced to protect sender reputation with each calendar provider.
Failed invites are classified and retried under a policy, and hard failures are suppressed so the same dead address is not paid for twice.
Each event owns its attendee list. Collect a name and email from the event’s public form or landing page, import a CSV list, or add someone directly.

RSVP Reporting depends on the attendee's calendar client and provider settings. It shows response intent, not actual Event attendance. Delivery does not guarantee inbox placement or acceptance. Figures shown are illustrative.
Use Bloomod for workshops, certification sessions, courses and webinars where a confirmed time matters as much as the registration.

Attendee data is available only to authorised organisation members and authorised Bloomod personnel where operationally required. Data is protected in transit and at rest where supported by the deployed infrastructure.
Data is protected in transit and at rest where infrastructure supports it.
Organisation roles and operational access determine who can view attendee data.
An attendee record is kept with its event, not a global database.
